ROM SmartTrailer
The ROM SmartTrailer sewer cleaning trailer is suitable for unblocking and cleaning domestic connections and main sewer systems up to Ø300 mm. The machine is also suitable for façade, surface and drain cleaning. The trailer can even be used for removing light graffiti. Ideal for sewer cleaners, installation companies, plumbers and municipalities. Compact and powerful go very well together. This sewer cleaner proves that. With a cleaning pressure up to 150 bar, and a water capacity up to max. 50 l/min., the SmartTrailer is a compact powerhouse. The sewer cleaning machine is lightweight and can therefore be pulled by any vehicle. Even with a full water tank, the weight remains below 750 kg. A special driver’s license is therefore not required. The normal driving license B is sufficient. This makes the SmartTrailer widely applicable to your staff and fleet.

ROM SmartTrailer PRO
The new ROM SmartTrailer PRO sewer cleaning trailer is packed with smart

You can choose from a petrol or diesel engine, a cleaning pressure up to max. 150 bar, and a water capacity up to max. 60 l/min. Thanks to the lightweight and compact design, the unit has a spacious 650-litre water tank. This means you can work for a longer period. You will always have the right tools to hand thanks to the two large standard tool boxes. Furthermore, the SmartTrailer PRO has a unique transit space in the water tank. Ideal for storing long tools. The transit space also stabilizes the water in the tank for safe handling.
ROM 900
The ROM 900 sewer cleaning trailer. Stylish design. Superior user-friendliness. With its attractive design and exceptionally complete equipment, the ROM 900 distinguishes itself from all other sewer cleaning trailers. The professional ROM 900 is suitable for unblocking and cleaning domestic connections and main sewer systems up to Ø600 mm. Even oil spill control and surface and drain cleaning are possible. The ROM 900 has a handy open storage container for your hoses. The machine also has a 270˚ rotating high-pressure reel with a range of 1 metre outside the trailer. The reels are placed at the most optimal working height. Furthermore, the control panel and the stainless-steel drip tray always swing along with the hydraulically-driven high-pressure reel. An important advantage is that the reel can also be used without having to pivot it out
ROM COMPACT PRO
The ROM Compact PRO is suitable for being built into light to medium-duty commercial vehicles such as the Toyota PROACE, Mercedes-Benz Vito, Volkswagen Transporter, Renault Traffic/Opel Vivaro, Ford Transit Custom. Thanks to the compact dimensions and an unladen weight of just 455 kg, you have many vehicle choices that can be purchased for a small investment. You benefit from low investment costs, minimum depreciation and low fuel consumption, which means more profit earned. The Speck pump delivers a cleaning pressure up to max. 300 bar, and a water capacity up to max. 70 l/min. The machine is suitable for continuous unblocking and cleaning of domestic connections. Cleaning the main sewer system up to Ø500 mm is also possible. The Compact PRO is also equipped with iROM control system, including daylight display and waterproof touch-key controls (IP65) as standard. The intelligent control system communicates interactively via canbus technology with a real-time functional display (hour and rev counter, etc.) and automatic service-interval indicator.
ROM EcoNomic
The EcoNomic is equipped as standard with a pivoting hydraulically-driven high-pressure reel. The benefits: 180° range so you can work at right angles to the vehicle (left and right). The reel extends far beyond the door opening of the vehicle but can also be used without having to swing it out. The reel is equipped with a hinged hose entry guide and a rotating control panel. In addition to the pivoting hydraulically-driven high-pressure reel the EcoNomic is equipped with iROM controller, including daylight display and waterproof touch-key controls (IP65) as standard. The intelligent control system communicates interactively via canbus technology with a real-time functional display (hour and rev counter, etc.) and automatic service-interval indicator. The ROM EcoNomic is suitable for unblocking and cleaning domestic connections and main sewer systems up to max. Ø600 mm.
ROM EcoFit PTO
Maximum power, versatility and optimal comfort. The revolutionary ROM EcoFit is built to carry out the toughest work. If you choose our ‘Beast’, you will benefit from the latest sewer cleaning technologies every day. A 270˚-rotatable high-pressure reel, iROM controller, and the unique “ROM 3-reel system” results in a superior machine that allows you to deal with any blockage. With a cleaning pressure up to 250 bar, and a water capacity up to max. 130 l/min, the EcoFit is suitable for unblocking and cleaning domestic sewage connections and main sewer systems up to Ø600 mm. The EcoFit comes with two hydraulically-operated reels as standard. A unique feature is that the reels are also suitable for high-pressure hoses with a larger diameter and longer lengths. This means you can use it to clean pipes with larger diameters and for longer distances. You can equip a reel with 120 m 5/8” or 3/4” high-pressure hose for pipes of Ø200 – 600 mm and the second reel equipped with a 120 ½” high-pressure hose for cleaning pipes from Ø70 – 200 mm.
RIDGID KJ-1590 II
This high-pressure cleaner pushes an extremely flexible hose through pipes between 32 to 150 mm and resolves blockages of mud, soap and grease. When the hose is withdrawn, the pipe is cleaned under high pressure and the residue flushed so the drain pipes flow again.
RIDGID KJ-3100
RIDGID KJ3100 petrol high-pressure sewer cleaner for cleaning and unblocking drain pipes from 50 to 250 mm. This high-pressure cleaner pushes an extremely flexible hose through pipes of 50 to 250 mm and removes blockages of mud, soap, sediment and grease. When the hose is withdrawn, the pipe is cleaned under high pressure and the residue flushed so the drain pipes flow again.
ROM TYPE 2 PICK-UP
The TYPE 2 is the smallest unit in the ROM range. Small, but powerful! This machine has been specially developed for emptying and cleaning toilet cabins, quickly and easily. ROM FLEXI 1000/400 PICK-UP
Lightweight and compact, without compromising quality. Add the attractive price and the choice is easily made. With high quality and functionality, the FLEXI 1000/400 combines the durability, ease of use and reliability that the toilet service specialist needs. All this to comfortably empty and clean more cabins per day. Cleaning more cabins means more profit earned. The surface-mounted installation is equipped with a reliable Honda gasoline engine and is suitable for mounting on 3½ tonne vehicles. A special driver’s license is therefore not required. The compact dimensions and low weight (from just 380 kg) offer the possibility of carrying a lot of loads (toilet cabins, clean and dirty water). The unit has a 1000-litre vacuum tank and a 400-litre clean water tank.
ROM FLEXI 1200/800 PICK-UP
The FLEXI 1200/800 pick-up unit is equipped with a Honda petrol engine. Due to the compact dimensions and low weight, the installation is suitable for practically every vehicle type with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) up to 3.5 tonnes. In that case, a driving license B is sufficient. The machine has a capacity of no less than 1,200 litres of waste water and 800 litres of clean water. The FLEXI pick-up weighs only 450 kg and is specially designed for vehicles with a flat loading bed. Just like all other FLEXIs, this version also has integrated forklift sleeves to be able to lift and (dis)assemble the machine quickly.
ROM FLEXI 1900/1100 PICK-UP
The FLEXI 1900/1100 is the big boy for the real thing. The surface-mounted installation is suitable for mounting on to 6.5-7.5 tonne vehicles and can be equipped with a Honda petrol engine. The unit is supplied as standard with a high-pressure installation (140 bar – 15 l/min) including a Speck high-pressure pump, reel with automatic roll-up function and 20 m. 3/8” high-pressure hose With the FLEXI 1900/1100 approximately 50 to 55 toilet cabins can be emptied per day. The first water tank has a capacity of 300 litres and is ideally suited for the high-pressure cleaner. Despite the large capacity, the curb weight of the FLEXI 1900/1100 is only 660 kg.
ROM FLEXI 1100/750 PTO
The FLEXI 1100/750 PTO has a very strong 1100-litre vacuum tank, a spacious 750-litre clean water tank, and is still compact and lightweight. It allows you to carry the maximum amount of clean and waste water, toilet cabins and other things you may need with you. The unit is suitable for vehicles with a maximum Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of ≤ 3.5 tonnes (B driving license) and is extensively equipped with an oil separator, moisture separator and various safety features. But that’s not all. The unit also has space on both sides for maximum protection of the machine components and extra storage space. Both spaces have protective covers so you can add your corporate name and message.
ROM FLEXI 1900/1100 PTO
The FLEXI 1900/1100 PTO has large capacities yet is still compact. You can easily clean 50 toilet cabins per day. The unit is suitable for mounting on 6.5-7.5 tonne vehicles. The drive is via the vehicle engine. You deliver the vehicle, and ROM takes care of the rest. Just as with the pick-up version, the PTO version is equipped with a high-pressure installation (140 bar – 15 l/min). The FLEXI 1900/1100 has a 1,900-litre vacuum tank and three PE clean water tanks with a capacity of no less than 1,100 litres.
Despite the large capacity, the curb weight of the FLEXI 1900/1100 PTO is only 690 kg. This allows you to take more loads with you, such as toilet cabins, clean and dirty water. The unit is supplied as standard with a high-pressure installation (140 bar – 15 l/min) including a Speck high-pressure pump, reel with automatic roll-up function and 20 m. 3/8” high-pressure hose.
ROM TYPE T PTO
The TYPE T PTO is the most powerful service unit in the ROM range. The machine is suitable for mounting on various commercial vehicles of 7.5 tonnes or larger. The very large tank capacities ensure intermediate emptying of the vacuum tank and filling of the clean water tank are kept to a minimum. With the TYPE T you are ready for the big job. The TYPE T PTO has a three-chamber tank subdivided into a vacuum tank with a waste water capacity of no less than 2,400 litres and two large clean water tanks of 750 litres each. We also supply the machine with many extras such as a storage box, 15.2-metre Hi-Vac suction hose including suspension system, toilet cabin stops and various safety features. There are also many options available such as a high-pressure installation, lifts, suction hose reel and a cage system for storing toilet cabins.

INSPECTING DRAIN PIPES AND SEWERS

INSPECTING HARD TO REACH AREAS

LOCATING PROBLEMS IN UNDERGROUND PIPES
If you encounter a problem, such as a blockage or breakage, during the inspection of a drain pipe or sewer system, you can quickly find out the exact location of the problem with RIDGID locating equipment.
The RIDGID locating equipment provides the exact location data about the location of the camera head with transmitter of your inspection camera. Quick as a flash, you can find the exact position of leaks or blockages in pipes and lines. This helps prevent unnecessary digging and/or breaking. The ROM eSTEAM smoke generator is a portable and mobile sewer smoke machine with which you can easily locate leaks in pipes, tanks and roofs, monitor the course of a sewer system, and quickly solve odour problems without digging or demolition works.
Easily find faulty sewer and rainwater drainage connections with the ROM eSTEAM smoke machine. Place the hose of the smoke machine in a man-hole outside the building, and let the smoke run through the sewage system and/or rainwater discharge pipe. If smoke comes through the wrong start point/end point, you have discovered the faulty connection.
