3. SECTORED MARINE LANTERNS
The SL-ODSL Omni-Directional Sector Lantern is a high intensity, two-tier marine lantern with a range of up to 11NM. The small form factor design offers up to 2,600cd in white, far greater than any other marine sector light on the market. The SL-ODSL features enhanced refractive optics to ensure light is only projected where it is needed. This allows for greater optical range as well as power efficiency. The two tier design allows for multiple sector configurations for many channel marking and leading line applications. LED LIGHTHOUSE EQUIPMENT

1. High Output LED Lighthouse Light Source (SL-LED)
The SL-LED Series are revolutionary solid-state light sources designed to replace traditional lamps or lighthouse lights in classical lighthouse optics. They are used in lighthouse upgrades with huge savings in energy consumption and maintenance possible, due to the use of LED technology. Their long service life and high luminous efficiency makes them a great operational choice. By retaining the classical lens untouched and in place, this ensures the beauty and historical significance of the lighthouse and its optic can be enjoyed for many years to come.
2. Universal Lighthouse LED Controller (SL-LED-CTRL)
The Universal Lighthouse LED Controller is used in conjunction with Sealite’s LED Light Source. The model includes a range of advanced monitoring features and can deliver power up to 200 watts. The LED Controller is available in two models of 12 sided light sources tailoring to a greater range of lighthouse optics.
CONNECTIVITY
Sealite’s range of remote Monitoring and Control systems provide users such as major Port Authorities and Coast Guards with the ability to effectively and efficiently monitor and control their AtoN installations from real-time data at an extremely low cost.

Star2M provides this by giving you a single, versatile platform with full feature sets for the monitoring, control, management and maintenance of your assets. This platform offers you a single secure place where you can keep all your asset data, protected by military-grade encryption. Star2M easily integrates with third-party software so you can incorporate current systems.
2. UNIVERSAL GATEWAY
The Universal Gateway (UGW) is a protocol converter and connector that allows products with different communication protocols to talk to each other, bringing all connected devices into a single, unified system. As a result, assets can work together to access, exchange, integrate and cooperatively use data in a coordinated manner.
3. GSM COMMUNICATIONS
GSM (Global system for mobile communications) connectivity is available on Sealite devices. It utilizes a complete integrated module, designed to allow monitoring and control by using existing cellular networks. Each Sealite device is fitted with its own SIM card which provides a designated cell-phone contact number for each individual asset. Any network operator can be used if they offer coverage in the nominated Asset location.
4. BLUETOOTH CONNECTIVITY
Bluetooth® connectivity is available via the Sealite® mobile application for enabled assets. This feature allows the transfer of data and the convenience to safely monitor and control your enabled asset from a distance of up to 50 metres.
5. GPS SYNCHORIZATION
Global Positioning System (GPS) is an advanced internal system for Sealite assets. The GPS system provides users with high accuracy geolocation information with the added benefit of flash synchronization for commonly configured products. This enhances monitoring and tracking capabilities and provides reassurance to mariners of compliant visual signaling.
6. AIS MONITORING
Sealite’s class leading, low powered AIS (Automatic Identification System) Solutions are available in Type 1 or Type 3 and operate on the International VHF Maritime Mobile Band, enabling Port Authorities and other users to remotely monitor the real-time status of their AtoN installations.

PORT ENTRY LIGHT SYSTEMS
Sealite’s range of LED Port Entry Lights and Leading Lights are typically installed to indicate a clear line of passage for vessels. Port Entry Lights are available in many configurations and are low-powered, high-intensity precision sector lighting suitable for day and night time use with convenient remote monitoring and control options.
1. 10 Degree Port Entry Light (SL-PEL-10)
The Sealite 10 degree LED port entry light (PEL) is a low powered, high-intensity precision sector light, suitable for day or night time use. Providing over 120,000cd at 30watts, the Sealite PEL is extraordinarily efficient and ideal for solar power systems. The PEL has a visible daytime range of 3.5NM and is designed to suit high-precision sector applications and provides a measured changeover between colour sectors of typically one minute of arc.
2. 2FT Leading Lights (SL-48)
The SL-48 is a 2ft LED leading light designed to offer vessels clear night navigation and is a convenient replacement for conventional lead lighting. The unit is available in 3 configurations utilising either single, dual, or triple row LED circuits as a light source. The advanced circuitry of the SL-48 series comprise of a DC/DC converter, current control and automatic night activation. 3. High Intensity Range Light (SL-RL)
The Sealite SL-RL Series is a long range, high intensity range light designed to give vessels clear night and/or daytime navigation. A daytime range of over 5NM and a night-time range in excess of 23NM can be achieved. Providing over 424,000cd, the Sealite Range Light is highly efficient and ideal for solar power systems. BRIDGE LIGHTS
Sealite’s LED bridge lights clearly mark bridges and structures extending over navigable waterways and are approved for use by many regional authorities. The SL-BR Series has been designed to offer up to 4NM visible range and operates in conjunction with existing power supplies.

Used extensively throughout the USA, the SL-BR Series has been designed to offer superior visibility up to 4NM, and operate in conjunction with existing power supplies.
2. BRIDGE LIGHTING KIT
Sealite’s SL-BRK is a solar Bridge Lighting Kit specifically designed to clearly mark bridges and structures extending over navigable waterways, and is used extensively throughout the USA. The kit includes large power supply and sectored lantern (a range of extension arms and mounting assemblies are also available).
3. BRIDGE LIGHT POWER SUPPLIES
The Sealite Bridge light power supplies are available individually and are suitable for powering up to 12 Sealite sectored bridge light heads. The solar module has an adjustable mount which can be angled to maximise solar collection. The light head is attached to the power supply using heavy-duty cabling enabling the lights to be mounted in shaded areas while the solar panel can be positioned in full sunlight.
INLAND WATERWAY AND SHALLOW HARBOUR SOLUTIONS
Sealite provides a wide range of marine buoys and lanterns products specifically designed for the safe marking of Inland Waterways. Our range of high quality, affordable polyethylene buoys can be configured as Regulatory, Channel, or Special marks for harbors, rivers and lakes. For fast flowing water, Sealite’s unique SL-B1200-FW is a purpose-built buoy to suit currents of up to 8 knots.

BARRIER & PIPE FLOATS
Sealite’s marine floats are designed for applications including dredging and restricting boat traffic & swimmers from entering danger water areas including spillways or dams.
Barrier Floats (SL-BF)
Sealite barrier floats can be linked together to restrict boating traffic and swimmers from entering specific danger areas such as spillways and dams. They are manufactured using strong, UV-stabilized polyethylene and are available in a range of high visibility colors. Available in 18″ or 24″ diameter. Marine Pipe Floats (SL-PF)
Sealite pipe floats are rotationally molded from UV-stabilized polyethylene, and can be secured around pipes, hoses and cables for use in dredging or other marine environments such as dredging. Each kit comes in two halves with associated hardware, and is stackable for storage or within a shipping container for economical transportation. The units have a number of convenient features including tapered internal ends to allow the pipe to flex, and an internal anti-slip mechanism. As an option, the marine floats can be filled with closed-cell polyurethane foam to prevent water ingress in the unlikely event of damage.
MARINE CONSTRUCTION MARKING SOLUTIONS
It is important to minimize risk within construction zone areas on the water, with full marking solutions required to ensure the safety of nearby mariners. Marine structures can pose risks to surrounding waters and need to be clearly marked for visibility for safe navigation.

MOORING BUOYS
The Sealite range of Aqua moor Mooring Buoys are designed to offer customers long life and are suitable for most locations. The buoys are capable of supporting substantial loads, and offer increased visibility and buoyancy in deeper waters.
1. 15” – 42” Diameter Mooring Buoys & Winter Mooring Sticks
These mooring buoys are rotationally-molded from UV-stabilized virgin polyethylene and are foam filled with closed-cell polyurethane to prevent water ingress in the unlikely event of damage to the outer layer. This buoy has a recessed top section which allows the connecting shackle to be protected from scratching the vessel. Sealite’s Mooring Buoys are available in a range of colors for clear visibility, with an optional reflective band and name plates.
2. 650mm & 1000mm Diameter Mooring Buoys (SL-MB)
The mooring buoys are rotationally-moulded from UV-stabilised virgin polyethylene and are foam filled with closed-cell polyurethane to prevent water ingress in the unlikely event of damage to the outer layer. Sealite’s Aquamoor Mooring Buoys are capable of supporting substantial loads, and are available in a range of colors for clear visibility.
3. 2600mm Diameter Mooring Buoys (SL-MB2600)
The SL-MB2600 range are 2600mm diameter and are rotationally-moulded from UV-stabilised virgin polyethylene to a 18mm wall thickness. They are foam filled with closed-cell polyurethane to prevent water ingress in the unlikely event of damage to the outer layer. The mooring tube is not moulded into the buoy but slides into a tubular section that runs down the centre of the buoy enabling the tube to be replaced at any stage during the product service life. Sealite’s mooring buoys are capable of supporting substantial loads, and are available in a range of colors for clear visibility. 1. Complete Mooring Solutions (Chain, Hardware, Block)
Sealite can provide turn-key mooring solutions for the range of buoy products, enabling complete systems to be containerized and delivered to customer sites around the world. Every Sealite buoy product from the smaller marker buoys right through to the largest ocean buoys have a complete solution ready to purchase. Solution includes chain, shackles and swivels (as required) and mooring block.
1. SINKERS
Sealite has a selection of cast iron mooring sinkers available in various weights and sizes. Cast iron sinkers are more durable and effective than concrete with an effective density that is 90% of its dry weight. Cast iron sinkers offer a lower profile and smaller footprint than it’s equivalent wet weight in concrete.
2. Mooring Hardware (Chains, Shackles, Swivels)
Sealite also offers an extensive range of mooring hardware including chain, shackles and swivels to complement each Sealite buoy product. Chain, shackles and swivels are available in galvanised or black finish in a range of grades and sizes. Sealite offers customers a complete solution for easy of purchasing, supply and delivery.
3. Synthetic Mooring Solutions
Sealite’s synthetic mooring solutions provide a lightweight and environmentally sensitive alternative to traditional mooring chain and are ideal for many marine mooring applications. Unlike chain, the synthetic mooring solution minimizes damage to the sea bed whilst the smooth stretch of the unique nylon core absorbs shock loads in the wave and tidal conditions of the marine environment.
These unique mooring solutions are a perfect complement to Sealite’s complete range of mooring and navigation buoys and can be used in many applications as a chain replacement. The Sealite synthetic mooring line is a high performance solution, best suited for all marine conditions and environments.
AQUACULTURE FARM SOLUTIONS
The ever-growing aquaculture industry sees the need to sustain fish and other marine species to manage supplies around the world. 1. IALA Top Marks & Accessories
Designed and manufactured in accordance with IALA recommendations, Sealite’s range of IALA top marks offer flexibility and reliability, and are a low cost, low maintenance, high visibility solution to marine navigation. With a 48mm (1.9 inch) internal stainless steel pole and industry standard 200mm OD mounting plate, Sealite’s range of IALA Top Marks can be easily attached to any existing navaid. All Top Marks are manufactured with UV-stabilized, virgin polyethylene and come with a 200mm OD stainless steel stand which is available in a variety of heights to suit the lantern/buoy configuration.
2. Lantern Accessories
Sealite manufactures a large range of marine-grade accessories to complement navigation lantern accessories and buoy products. From 50mm ID post mounting plates, 200mm OD adaptor plates, post mounting stands, buoy mounting plates and cages, and SS bolt kits, Sealite provides a one-stop solution to all your marine navigation needs.
3. Pile Cap Products
Sealite’s pile caps can be used for domestic pontoons and commercial marinas to create a safe and visually appealing docking facility. They are constructed from strong polyethylene and are available in a range of high visibility colours. Manufactured from strong, UV-stabilized polyethylene the caps are able to stand up to the harsh marine environment. The pile cap keeps rain out of the top of timber piles helping to prevent rot to extend the life of the pile.
