S::CAN PRODUCTS
The products measure a wide range of parameters in numerous applications. From our very solid-state pH-probe to our highly innovative spectral probes, all our products are developed with the same philosophy in mind: s::can measuring instruments are intelligent, robust and require little or no maintenance. They can be seamlessly integrated with other s::can systems but are also compatible with third-party systems.
We also offer advice on specific Valve placement for new pipelines as part of our service charter. For more information on how we can help you, please contact us.
Intelligent: All s::can sensors are intelligent, they are digital and have the controller, the brain, built in. They check their health every second and can communicate with the operator.
Optical: If possible, we always use optical methods, since they are just better, more reliable, simpler and more accurate. If no optical method is suitable, we choose the next best alternative.
Online: We make nothing for laboratories, nothing that consumes reagents, nothing with moving parts. s::can is the only real „on-line“ company in the industry that offer an almost complete range of sensors and parameters, and nothing else.

“Why do we measure”
Drinking water suppliers use the pH::lyser for the continuous process monitoring and control of chemical and physical treatment steps that are characterised by changes in pH, such as neutralisation, flocculation, mixing of source waters. Furthermore, the pH::lyser is applied in early warning systems that monitor source water quality, both in ground and surface water.
“How do we measure”
is a multi-parameter probe that measures the pH value and temperature directly in the water. The pH::lyser uses the temperature to correct the result of the pH measurement online. The non-porous, solid-state reference electrode ensures excellent pH readings and a long lifetime of the electrode.
Fluor::lyser
The fluor::lyser is an ion-selective measuring device designed for the continuous monitoring of the concentration of fluor (F) dissolved in water. Also the instrument continuously measures the temperature of the medium and corrects the measured concentration accordingly. For proper usage the probe has to be connected to an s::can controller, i.e. a con::cube.
